Bookings that cross two price bands will be charged at a pro-rata rate.

Our changeover day is flexible - please look at availability calendars.

All prices include electricity, bed linen and towels.  Beach towels are not supplied.  On a 2 week rental extra cleaning can be provided at a local charge.

November to February - Book 3 weeks and get 1 extra week free or book 6 weeks and get 2 weeks free!

Babysitting available from mature English lady - local charge

The houses are available from 4.00pm on day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure. However, there is some flexibility depending on the needs of the next guests.

We don't just send you keys - we have a house manager who lives in Vejer and will meet you at the house when you arrive and show you around

Please note there is some building work going on nearby but this is not unusual in Spain!

For arrivals when the shops are closed a welcome pack can be arranged at a local cost of €25.
